PARK NATIONAL BANK Management Associate in Newark, Ohio

Description RESPONSIBILITIES Develops an understanding of department operations, processes, procedures, and performance standards in each rotation Leads and/or contributes to assigned projects and daily work in each line of business rotation Presents project results to appropriate audience as requested Actively participates in Management Associate development meetings and/or conferences; may lead designated discussion groups Networks with other associates, leaders, and executives across the bank to develop strong relationships Completes required trainings in a timely manner and seeks out additional learning and development opportunities Participates in end of rotation performance reviews and provides detailed feedback on their experience in each rotation, including suggestions for improvement Seeks out involvement in the community/volunteers time as opportunities are identified Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards Other duties as assigned COMPETENCIES Interpersonal/Customer Service Skills Written and Verbal Communication Ability to understand and follow directions Adaptable to change Basic Computer Skills Organizational Skills/Detail Oriented Analytical Thinking Able to Multi-Task or Juggle Priorities Technical Expertise Ability to build collaborative relationships Ability to work as part of a team REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma or Equivalent Bachelors Degree - 3.0 Minimum GPA ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Please be sure to attach a copy of your most recent unofficial transcript when attaching your resume SCHEDULE Typical office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is hourly and full time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status. A flexible work arrangement is available for this position.
