Manage provision of infrastructure services and cloud platforms for Americas sites while contributing to global infrastructure service offerings. During the entire lifecycle, the Cloud Service Manager ensures the integrity, stability and service continuity of the respective service or application(s) as well as continuous improvement. Major Tasks and Responsibilities Providecloud platform technology and related application platforms services with excellent quality across several locations in the US Maintain partner relationships with lead stakeholders, both inside and outside IT&D, to ensure effective infrastructure solutions are realized in the services. Integrate internal and external partners, monitor and manage provider performance based on KPIs, Service Level Agreements (SLA) and user satisfaction Establish IT Service Management procedures like incident management, problem, change, and demand management based on company standards and tools Ensure adherence to operation guidelines and compliance to standards Steer the (global) change and release management of the service or application(s) Ensure the correct documentation of the components of the service or application(s) Implement appropriate security measures for the service or application(s) Follow and contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement processes Ensure own knowledge about best practices and the current market solutions Expert in understanding infrastructure requirements to support plant site application needs Leads infrastructure needs for application migrations or new deployments, technology upgrades/updates, and ensure backend infrastructure support for site operations Lead IT&D infrastructure implementation changes for multiple US sites. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in the field of IT or other related studies with 6 years of professional work experience 3-5 years direct experience in infrastructure and Dev/Ops or cloud operations Experience providing infrastructure solutions at manufacturing sites Experience resolving IT Incidents and Problems with a team of technology experts Willingness to travel at least several times per year to sites in the US Knowledge and Skills Proven experience in successfully leading and completing Agile or waterfall method projects Strong influencing skills, leading cross-functional teams, and strong communication skills across many levels of site operations #LI-Hybrid YOUR APPLICATION Are you as curious, courageous and colorful as we are?
