Carly Sahagian with Robert Half is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk in Newberg, Oregon. In this role, you will be handling a high volume of invoices weekly, using software specifically designed for the manufacturing industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Process over 600 invoices weekly via the Intuitive software system.

• Apply a high level of accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform 3-way matching tasks to ensure accurate billing.

• Manage journal entries and reconciliations for accurate record keeping.

• Utilize skills in Accounts Payable (AP) and 3 Way Matching to ensure financial accuracy.

• Collaborate with the team to resolve discrepancies and inquiries related to AP.

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and actions taken.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations and related software

• Familiarity with 3 Way Matching in the context of invoice processing

• Ability to handle high volume invoice processing in a timely and accurate manner

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record of maintaining confidential financial information

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures

• Experience in vendor relationship management is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
