Adecco US, Inc. Administrative Assistant in Newburgh, New York
Adecco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Newburgh, NY ! In this role, you will provide vital clerical support to attorneys and work directly with the Union President to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A professional demeanor and excellent telephone answering skills are essential.
Location: Newburgh, NY (on-site)
Hours: Mon – Fri 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20 - $22 hr.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with case management and related administrative tasks.
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate parties and providing excellent customer service.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
Perform typing, photocopying, and document preparation for attorneys and other team members.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery and organization.
Manage and track appointments, meetings, and deadlines for the team.
Assist with general office duties as needed to maintain an efficient work environment.
Work independently while collaborating effectively with the team to meet office goals.
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
1+ Year Experience in administrative or clerical roles.
Notary Public certification is a plus!

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
