Reno Machine Company, one of the areas premierAerospace Manufacturers of Commercial and Military Tooling, is seeking experienced full-time Quality Inspectors to work on 2nd shifts.

A 2nd shift Quality Inspector performs routine checks, tests, and instrument inspections of in-process and finished parts. Must comply with company procedures and standards while maintaining high ethical standards as well as high attention to detail. Will balloon blueprints and fill out inspection reports, maintain and calibrate inspection equipment, and work with Quality Manager on processing flow of work through Inspection Department in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

Excellent attendance and work flexibility within the workplace.

Performs the following duties in accordance with established process procedures and work instructions, including the following:

• Must have experience using a CMM
• Farrell Arm, Romer Arm
• Experienced in reading and interpreting blueprints, GDandT
• Dexterity and Preciseness in order to operate testing equipment
• Must pass eye exam to Jaeger 1 with color
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, gages, pins and blocks
• Experience with PC DMIS a plus
• Overtime required.
