Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Newington, Connecticut. This role involves managing and processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving inquiries. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner.

• Maintain precise records of customer credit.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain and manage data.

• Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.

• Perform check runs to ensure timely payments.

• Handle invoice processing, including coding invoices.

• Maintain data entry tasks to ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate.

• Utilize Accounts Payable (AP) skills to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements • Must possess expertise in Account Reconciliation.

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) management is necessary.

• Experience in Check Runs is required.

• Should have the ability to efficiently perform Coding Invoices.

• Proficient in Data Entry tasks.

• Experience in Invoice Processing is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
