Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Reviewing and understanding contract plans and specifications - Developing submittal and production drawings using AutoCAD and or 3D BIM Software - Preparing material orders - Understand, use, and maintain/update department standards - Perform quality control reviews on internal and external drawings - Manage communication and planning between external design consultants and internal Project Managers - Work Closely with Engineering Staff, Sales, Operations and Quality Control to ensure the products are built according to design - Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed - Other duties assigned as needed Hours are typically Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but may vary depending on work-load. Work from home options may be available.
