Insight Global ServiceNow Administrator-Compliance in Newport Beach, California

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Administrator to support the Infrastructure Request Management team of one of their top clients. This role is crucial for implementing and maintaining audit management within ServiceNow, with a strong focus on policy and compliance, including SOC2, ICO, HIPAA, and PCI standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing third-party risk management systems, conducting vendor risk assessments, and performing contract reviews. They will work both independently and collaboratively, teaching team members to use the systems effectively and ensuring seamless integration of compliance processes. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate with infrastructure and security teams for internal audits, ensuring compliance and proactive communication through ServiceNow. The role also involves preparing for high-trust certifications and maintaining updated system records. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in compliance and risk management, and excellent communication abilities. A bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. This position requires a proactive approach to managing compliance and risk, with the ability to provide training and support to team members on using the ServiceNow GRC modules effectively.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience with GRC: Proven experience in implementing and maintaining compliance-related modules within ServiceNow, focusing on standards such as SOC2, ICO, HIPAA, and PCI.

 Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze compliance and risk management data, generate insights, and support decision-making.

 Expertise within ServiceNow. Proficiency in teaching team members to use systems effectively and ensuring proactive communication with infrastructure and security teams.

 Experience in compliance and risk management: Demonstrated ability to build and manage third-party risk management systems, conduct vendor risk assessments, and perform contract reviews.

 Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field: Preferred educational background to support the technical and analytical requirements of the role. Experience with Contract and DDC reviews null
