The candidate will be responsible for the technical oversight and leadership of a team developing submarine machinery components, with the supplier base.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a team leader. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and have a proven track record of successfully guiding and motivating teams towards achieving collective goals. A strong technical background is crucial to be able to apply technical experience, work across the technical disciplines, and to develop your team and ensure first time quality with technical deliverables.
