Adecco Search is actively recruiting for Lead Installers in Newport News, VA. Our client is a leading provider of custom vinyl and door installation solutions. Their team is dedicated to transforming spaces with high-quality products. The Lead Installer will be responsible for overseeing installation projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality. The Lead Installer will report to the Installation Manager. The Lead Installer will Lead and supervise installation projects, including custo vinyl flooring, and doors.

Job Duties for the Lead Installer in Newport News,, VA:

-Manage a team of installers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure adherence to company standards and best practices.

-Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns and provide exceptional service throughout the installation process.

-Perform precise and high-quality installations of custom vinyl and doors, including measurements, cutting, fitting, and securing materials.

-Inspect and verify all installations to ensure they meet or exceed company standards and client expectations.

-Maintain accurate records of project details, including materials used, hours worked, and any issues encountered.

Job Requirements for the Lead Installer in Newport News, VA.:

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in custom vinyl and door installation, with a proven track record of successful project completion.

-Expertise in the installation of custom vinyl flooring and doors, including knowledge of tools, techniques, and materials.

-Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
