Job Purpose: Cares for children by performing related duties. Duties: 1. Watching and caring for toddler during regular work hours and when second baby is born 2. Washing dishes, sweeping/mopping, and generally keeping home clean and tidy 3. Support with postpartum - some cooking and providing snacks for toddler 4. Teaching/speaking Spanish to toddler and baby 5. House sitting when needed Skills/Qualifications: Scheduling, Listening, Verbal Communication, Informing Others, Basic Safety, Child Health, Creating a Safe, Effective Environment, Connecting with Children, Building Relationships, Spanish speaker The worker will be paid on a bi-weekly schedule. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.  While it is not a requirement to live on our property, we are able to offer separate living quarters at the following cost:  Rent - $1500 per month Utilities - $200 per month The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law. In addition, if the worker chooses to live on the premises, the above rent and utilities will be deducted from the worker's paycheck.  The worker will be reimbursed for travel to Newport, WA unless there is a prior agreement in which case the employer will pay for travel directly. The location is the employer's home, so there will be no need to commute or travel on a daily basis. The employer will provide or pay for the worker's cost of return transportation and daily subsistence during travel ($15.88 to a maximum of $59 per day with receipts).   The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker.  The employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.
