How you will make an impact

  • Requesting further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

  • Planning travel and accommodation details for training seminars, conferences and additional project-related events

  • Analyzing data, developing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and preparing presentations

  • Supporting project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support

  • Distributing project information to key partners

  • Taking minutes at meetings and maintaining records of assignments and progress

  • Helping maintain project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications to support Project Managers

  • Finding information online using research tools Requirements - Expertise in Purging

  • General familiarity with Yardi

  • Demonstrated knowledge of e-Filing

  • Scanning Documents experience highly desired

  • Filing experience

  • Practical knowledge of Yardi Property Management

  • Adeptness in data entry

  • Leases experience

  • Scanning experience preferred

  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

  • High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    • Past experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite

  • High school diploma or its equivalent required; a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is highly preferred

  • Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment

  • 1+ years in a business/office setting required

  • Expertise in database and file management
