Bright Horizons Senior Application Consultant (Remote) in Newton, Massachusetts

Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise, implementation guidance, and best practices for deploying the EdAssist solutions, as a trusted advisor to our EdAssist clients.

  • Work with other team members and collaborate across the EdAssist departments to gather and understand client requirements for the delivery of high quality solutions and outcomes.

  • Consult with clients on recommended practices and policies for how to best implement EdAssist’s tuition reimbursement and loan repayment solutions.

  • Provide subject matter expertise and leadership for requirements definition, documentation of specifications, training, system configuration, testing, and rollout support of the EdAssist solutions for our client projects.

  • Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure that functional and technical deliverables are documented and defined clearly for internal and client stakeholders and delivered successfully in support of the overall project go live and post-project transition.

  • Work closely with Project Manager to define, estimate and deliver projects according to budget, schedule, and desired business results. Understand and track individual performance metrics to stay on target and on budget for each project.

  • Ensure that the project artifacts and lessons learned are archived accurately to allow for internal knowledge sharing and investment into the knowledge base.

  • Support revenue generating activities and initiatives through billable client engagements.

  • Domestic travel to unanticipated sites as required for client and organizational meetings (approximately 25%).

  • Position may work remotely.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and two years of experience in the job offered or two years of experience with external/internal software consulting and implementation.

  • Experience must include two years of each of the following: creating documentation on solutions to streamline post implementation strategies; collaboration with clients and developers to develop functional specifications and data mapping for report development; collaboration across teams to ensure clear documentation and definition of functional and technical deliverables utilizing documentation tools; conducting training sessions on implemented solutions sessions for stakeholders and peers; configuration of client system requirements; Project Management tools; and CRM based tools. Experience may be gained concurrently.

Salary and Other Compensation Disclosures

The annual starting salary for this position is $123,000 - $125,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
