Minimum requirements for the position are: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Business Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Informatics, or closely related discipline; plus 3 years of employment experience in the job offered (Director, Delivery Management), Delivery Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager, Engagement Manager, Software Engineering Team Lead, Software Engineering Manager, Head of Department, Solution Architect, Software Engineer, Developer, or closely related occupation.

Will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

Duties:

• Overseeing the company's delivery process adjustment to the customer's environment, regulations and requirements in order to increase efficiency of engineering and managerial teams.
• Analyzing technology and resource needs and market demand, to assess and decide the feasibility of projects.
• Mitigating possible issues, gaps, risks on regular basis.
• Monitoring clients' requests and feedbacks related to quality and timelines of assigned teams' deliverables.
• Supervise production deployments.
• Drive continuous integration and continuous delivery best practices (CICD).
• Acting as an ultimate senior escalation point for both, clients of the company as well as the representatives of the internal delivery organization.
