EPAM Systems, INC seeks a Project Manager II *in Newtown, PA, 18940, and various, long term unanticipated worksites with the option to relocate throughout the U.S.*

Minimum requirements for the position are: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Informatics, Radiophysics, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or closely related discipline; plus 5 years of employment experience job offered (Project Manager), Quality Assurance Manager or Engineer, QA Analyst, Testing Manager or Engineer, Business Consultant, Functional Consultant, Senior Business Analyst, Program Manager, Software Manager, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or closely related occupation.

Will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

Duties:

• Responsible for IT development project.
• Drive full planning cycle on medium-to large-size projects.
• Take responsibility for the product software engineering, development ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
• Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Communicate with clients to define specific product requirements, documenting design specifications, key entities and elements, data transformations and conversions.
• Manage timelines, communications, and cross-team deliverables for one or a set of areas.
• Work on budgets with support from Account Management, evaluate project assets procurement.
• Examine efficiency of staffing/resource allocation based on costs/expenses.
