Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Analyst in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. You will be part of a team that focuses on the application of Database, Data Mining Techniques, Data Visualization, and other relevant skills to optimize our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze supply chain trends and manage customer level allocations while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

• Utilize data mining techniques and Informatica tools for data analytics and business intelligence.

• Handle the set-up and removal of carriers, products, and terminals for customers as their business needs change.

• Create dashboards to visualize data and track performance metrics.

• Maintain Excel-based tracking tools for the Supply Optimization group and other internal customers.

• Use AB Testing methods to optimize data-driven decisions.

• Ensure the accurate processing of customer credit applications.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and handle customer inquiries.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on analysis results.

• Support the development of business requirement documents based on data analysis results. Requirements

• Proficiency in Database management and Data Mining Techniques.

• Capacity to effectively utilize Data Visualization tools.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems.

• Experience with Informatica is essential.

• Strong Analytics skills to interpret complex data.

• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and strategies.

• Ability to create Business Requirement Document.

• Proficiency in creating Dashboards for data representation.

• Must be able to work in a team and communicate effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Comfortable working within strict deadlines and under pressure.

• Understanding of privacy regulations and handling confidential information.
