JOB DESCRIPTION

This Global Partner Marketing (GPM), Global Activation and Enablement Senior Specialist role is responsible for leading the marketing-enabled partner sourced opportunity (ME-PSO) KPI growth by uncovering gaps in process and information within the partner universe, building and delivering world class enablement for key initiatives and working cross team within the GPM org to bring to market opportunity driving digitized, scalable services to our high performing partners. This includes working with the Regional Activation Specialist, Campaign Specialists regional Partner Marketing personnel and Partner Business Managers/ Partners where applicable to identify (external agency led) and build (SAP led) right-fit service offerings, links to campaigns, and innovations within our delivery system that can modernize our approach. This role will also be involved with sharing PLDG best practices across regions, countries and Partners, while ensuring adoption and quantifiable reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in enablement available to our partners.

  • Work with internal SAP organizations to create collateral that drive partner performance.

  • Partner with regional partner management to discover potential agencies that can provide valuable sessions to grow our partner universes pipeline.

  • Embrace a community-first approach to encourage utilization of GPM PLDG resources and assets.

  • Gather requirements from regional activation specialist, regions and countries to ensure we are building assets and initiatives that are in high demand.

  • Drive key initiatives such as the Partner Benefits Catalog, Solution-specific business reviews, digitized reporting platforms, campaign adoption and ME-PSO acceleration efforts.

  • Engage and collaborate directly with CMSO, Corporate Marketing, PES, and Field Marketing stakeholders to recommend and deliver innovative GPM programs.

  • Ensure that all GPM delivered services have clear and measurable success metrics that are regularly tracked.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner marketing, must have prior experience working with partners.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create strong relationships cross team and within the Partner community.

  • Ability to manage external agencies to provide services that improve internal performance.

  • Strong analytical background to help identify and amplify key measurements.

  • Flexibility to pivot and address changes in priority of activities in real time.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Self-motivation, able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 99,000 - 216,000 USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
