Shift: 6:30pm-5am Mon-Thu (10hr shift)

Pay Rate: $18/hr

What’s a typical day as Pick and Pack Worker - Warehouse Associate? You’ll be:

  • Performing one or more distribution-related functions, such as checking, picking, packing, replenishment, bin/bulk order fill, shipping, receiving/returns, sorting, or loading and unloading.

  • Operating a pallet jack to move products as needed.

  • Contributing to a safe work environment with a continuous focus on housekeeping and safety.

  • Demonstrating a commitment to our company's core values.

  • Interacting with supervisors, leads, and/or work groups to exchange information related to immediate tasks.

  • Participating in the implementation and contributing ideas and suggestions for continuous improvements to the distribution process.

  • Working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent education (preferred).

  • Possess basic communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.

  • Have basic math skills, including counting, addition, subtraction, and multiplication.

  • Are familiar with basic computer skills, including accessing and navigating the internet, and using Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Can lift a minimum of 30-50 pounds regularly.

  • Are capable of pushing, pulling, grasping, and fine manipulation of equipment using hands throughout the work hours.

  • Are comfortable walking on uneven surfaces, though infrequently.

  • Have exhibited good job performance and behavior as measured through indicators such as teamwork, attendance, quality, and productivity.

  • Have one year of previous related experience (preferred).
