Note: The hourly rate for this position is $18 - $20 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

  • Train on painting techniques and on site safety protocols.

  • Secure and set up work area to minimize the impact of overspray and protect adjacent surfaces.

  • Inspect surfaces before and after painting to guarantee quality standards.

  • Use spray guns, rollers, and/or brushes to apply base coats, primers, and finishes to industrial structures, while also ensuring uniform coverage.

  • Work together with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.

  • Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools to ensure they remain in good working condition.

Qualifications:

  • OSHA 10 and EPA Lead-Safe Certifications strongly preferred

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Prior work experience in painting or a related field.

  • Knowledge of painting equipment and tools including air compressors.

  • Ability to work in various conditions including confined spaces, indoors and/or outdoors, which may require working at heights or in challenging weather.
