Maintain all areas involved in the production of product, including potting machine
maintenance, cover / uncover nursery stock during inclement weather. Sanitizing, maintaining,
and painting greenhouses. Removal of plastic from fields prior years. Drive and operate farm
equipment to plant, cultivate, spray, harvest and store vegetables including sweet corn,
tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, pumpkins, peas, beans, lettuce, broccoli, and cauliflower.
Performs other duties to include repair and maintenance of farm equipment. Upon harvest,
prepare and transport vegetables. Seedling are started in early March and continued thru
spring, then transplanted into the ground.
