MKS Instruments Inc Arizona Distribution Center Associate in Nogales, Arizona

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As an Distribution Center Team Member at MKS Instrument's Arizona Distribution Center of Excellence, you will partner with internal and

external customers to provide world class distribution center centric support. In this role, you will report to the Inbound Supervisor.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Responsible for performing the physical or administrative/physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of

  • materials, parts, supplies and equipment.

  • Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory

  • items where necessary.

  • Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift.

  • Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Post weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment.

  • Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.

  • May prepare kitting packages for assembly production and customers.

  • Travel Requirements: Up to 10% of Travel may be required.

Skills You Bring:

  • Ability to do shift work when directed.

  • Requires experience in shipping, receiving and stores, and reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.

  • 2+ years of related experience in a warehouse environment.

  • Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferred.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

  • Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Regularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination

  • Occasionally moves/positions objects up to [INSERT] pounds
