Description

Essential Functions:

  • Perform clerical duties assigned in accordance with the Admission Department.

  • Answer and transfer phone calls and perform data entry.

  • schedule appointments and receive incoming accepted patients and walk-ins.

  • Provide general information to staff, clients or the public.

  • Input data into HMS and Salesforce database.

  • Transport patients to assigned unit.

  • Take vitals

  • Assist patients with the completion of registration and legal paperwork.

  • Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
