Hogan Construction Group Commercial Construction Marketing Coordinator - Atlanta - 20240927 in Norcross, Georgia

Hogan Construction Group is a fast paced, family owned, mid-sized Commercial General Contractor working in the Southeastern United States. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in the Atlanta Office. Candidates should be detail oriented, self-starters who are eager to learn and grow.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a four-year degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.

  • Previous A/E/C Industry Marketing Experience preferred.

  • Experience in the preparation of proposals and qualifications for a General Contractor.

  • Exceptional Technical Writing skills.

  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Adobe InDesign publishing software.

  • Experience with Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, light video editing, CMS preferred.

  • Experienced utilizing CRM solutions.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties under pressure.

  • Ability to work as a part of a Team while maintaining flexibility, a high level of detail, and a positive attitude.

  • Basic understanding of the A/E/C industry.

  • This is a fully in-person/in-office position.

    Duties:

  • Assist with the schedule, preparation, creation, and production of Statement of Qualifications, ITB, RFQ, and RFP response documents.

  • Prepare materials for shortlist interviews, including presentations, boards, and/or handouts.

  • Draft, edit, update, maintain, and organize marketing collateral, promotional items, project data sheets, resumes, brochures, case studies, and PowerPoint presentations to ensure content is accurate, tailored, and client-specific.

  • Assist with tradeshow and event planning and marketing.

  • Assist with the maintenance of the CRM platform.

  • Assist with the tracking of leads and opportunities and perform market research for Business Development.

  • Coordinate and assist with the submission of award applications.

  • Create and publish graphic and infographic content for the website, social media, and proposals.

  • Champion Social Media efforts in coordination with other branch offices.

  • Perform additional support and/or administrative task as required.
