Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, has partnered with a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of eyeglass lenses, frames, and sunglasses to hire a Sales Associate to work on-site at their Norcross, GA showroom.

Title: Sales Associate

Location: Norcross, GA

Pay: $16 per hour

About the Role:

Provide quality customer service by:

• Answering inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat.

• Prioritizing and responding to customer questions and concerns.

• Entering orders and/or reworking orders.

• Addressing optical-related technical questions.

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent preferred.

• At least 1 year of previous optical retail experience required.

• Telephone and email etiquette.

• Active listening skills.

• Familiarity with electronic communication methods (email, instant messaging, chat services).
