Sigma Defense is seeking a USFF N70 to perform work in Norfolk, VA USA.
This is a contingent position that is pending award of contract. This means that the position is subject to the successful awarding of a contract and will be confirmed once the contract is finalized. The candidate selected for this role will be offered the position on the condition that the contract is awarded to our organization.

Requirements
- 8 years of relevant experience.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.
10 years of experience is required if no degree is held.
Personnel Clearance Level:
Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active, DoD issued Secret security clearance.
A clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.
Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):
Support Tasks:
(a) Assist in the validation and prioritization of IAMD Fleet training to meet Fleet operations and provide recommendations to government personnel.
(b) Assist in the development, coordination, and maintenance of IAMD Fleet training policies, processes and programs to meet operational requirements.
(c) Assist in the production and monitoring of training policies affecting the FRTP of IAMD capable units/staffs and associated support of the OFRP.
(d) Provide assistance and advice to government representatives related to IAMD in a variety of forums, meetings, conferences, and working groups.
(e) Support IAMD training policy and standards analysis including collaboration with DOD, OPNAV, NETC, SYSCOM, and subordinate Fleet staffs as well as representatives from other military services and other government agencies.
(f) Provide recommendations to government representatives on the articulation and implementation of IAMD Fleet training and DOTMLP-F change requests.
(g) Assist with the review of IAMD-related NTSPs in accordance with OPNAVINST 1500.76 (series) and local SOP and provide recommendations to ensure appropriate training is incorporated and delivered to the Fleet. (h) Assist with the review of IAMD-related NWTS products in accordance with the ROCs and the FTC and provide recommendations to improve the associated standards and training assessment tools.
(i) Assist with the review of IAMD-related instructions and doctrine, such as CONOPS, ROC/POEs, and TTPs and provide recommendations to improve the documents and incorporate associated Fleet training.
(j) Provide current, accurate and complete IAMD training-related point/information papers, briefs/presentations and executive summary memorandums for staff packages to inform USFF leadership of decisions on associated training issues.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
