Job Description:

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a talented and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for managing the operations of City Wide's building-maintenance solutions, including janitorial and non-janitorial services. You will lead a team of Facility Service Managers and ensure the effective delivery of services to our clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving business objectives, managing expenses, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team of Facility Service Managers to support our clients

• Achieve annual revenues and profits targets

• Manage expenses and maintain profitability

• Hire and train operational employees

• Develop and maintain positive client relationships

• Promote cross-selling opportunities with the sales team

• Participate in new client starts

• Ensure compliance with client requirements

• Conduct building inspections and maintain client data

• Provide coaching and development to operational employees

• Travel within the market as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in operations and account management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Experience in budget development and management

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to lead and coach a team

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Working knowledge of CRM software
