Job Description

To coordinate the recruitment, credentialing, appointment, and on-boarding process for adjunct faculty, primarily, and assist with full-time recruitment and hiring as necessary. Responsible for state compliance training tracking and enforcement for newly appointed part-time faculty. Responsible for assisting with full-time emergency hire credentialing and appointment process and tracking. Responsible for tracking and records management for personnel and work authorization documents.

Working knowledge of employment and EEO practices and principles, including federal and state laws and regulations. Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply human resources principles and practices. Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines. Working knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 Enterprise Software Tools (especially Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint), and Adobe Acrobat. Demonstrated ability to understand and enter data in complex automated systems. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills.

Ability to process routine administrative work with minimal supervision. Demonstrated ability to interpret policy and procedures.

Level and type of experience

Experience in clerical work which includes data entry, word processing, PDF creation and manipulation, and database maintenance. Considerable experience in policy interpretation.

Experience in recruitment and selection related to human resources.

Additional Considerations (supplemental knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, licensure, certification)

Previous experience using Microsoft Office suite/Office 365 Enterprise software and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.). Experience using Banner and/or PeopleAdmin software.

Experience in a higher education setting. PHR , SHRM -CP or recruitment related certification.

Conditions of Employment

Annual Salary/Hourly Rate Salary is commensurate with education and experience and begins at $ - 48,500
