Imagine One is currently seeking a candidate to support a United States Naval facility located in Norfolk, Virginia. We are seeking an efficient, detailed and flexible person to provide results-driven customer support in the following areas: Information Technology (IT), facility and security. The primary support areas are IT and Facilities with occasional support for security. This hybrid position requires excellent customer service skills, high-energy and the ability to readily provide transitional support to successfully multi-task based upon continuously changing needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, ability to work as a team member and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.

IT Support Technician

• Provide Tier 1 support to customers on-site and remote customers via telephone, email or Microsoft Teams chat to diagnose and resolve technical issues including the use of automated trouble tickets

• Assist customers with technical issues including account access issues with IT functionality, including but not limited to Smart card certificates, user shares or drive mapping issues, printing, hardware and software related issues

• Escalate and assist customers in gaining support for issues which cannot be resolved through Tier I support

• Manage incident tickets to resolution

• Contribute to the maintenance, installation and updating of Government Furnished Equipment

• Perform configurations and prepare workstations for remote and onsite work operations

• Maintain accountability and conduct inventory for all GFE devices, software, and peripherals

• Support the operation of Voice over IP (VoIP) telephones

Facility Technician

• Engage and coordinate with property maintenance including property management, utility systems, refrigeration, Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation services, etc.

• Perform operational facilities management duties to ensure the proper security, health safety, and fire safety tasks in coordination with the government facility manager

• Ensure facility maintenance issues are addressed

• Conduct routine daily building inspections

• Ensure readiness of conference rooms

• Maintain orderly warehouse with accountability for stock and supplies

• Provide recommendations assistance for improving facilities related processes and needs

Security Technician

• Provide back-up security and/or front desk support, as needed

• Draft and/or provide input to evolving standard operational procedure documents

Experience Requirements:

This position requires the following experience two or more years of experience:

• Systems Administrator

• IT Service Management Ticketing (a plus experience with Service Now)

• Building maintenance (private, commercial and/or government (e.g. military base, ship or leased facility)

Educational/Training Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree

• Knowledge of Department of Defense physical security requirement and procedures

Security Requirements:

• Security+ Certification

• U.S. Citizenship required.

• Candidate must have an ACTIVE SECRET clearance
