Actalent Services is seeking a highly experienced Senior Roadway Project Manager with a strong background in ODOT and roadway projects. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of roadway projects, from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate design efforts throughout the project lifecycle.

• Schedule and facilitate meetings with the project team, clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.

• Track and manage project budgets, including expenses, man-hours, and costs, while regularly reporting progress to senior staff.

• Proactively seek new business opportunities within the roadway/highway sector, including planning and participating in project presentations, promoting the firm’s capabilities, and marketing services to existing and prospective clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering.

• Over 10 years of experience in roadway/transportation engineering.

• Proficiency in PS&E and/or Schematic processes.

• Possession of an Oklahoma PE license or the ability to obtain one within 6 months.

Work Site:

• This is a fully on-site position based in Norman, Oklahoma.
