County of Montgomery Office Support Person V - Trial Clerk - Utility in Norristown, Pennsylvania

Trial/Dispo Team members handle all aspects of a case during the time it is active. This starts at the time that the case is filed and ends with the case disposition. Team members accurately and efficiently enter information in the State's Common Pleas Case Management System (CPCMS).  The team is responsible for maintaining an accurate docket for all cases.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: *

  • Trial Clerk
    • Servicing Court Orders to all appropriate parties;
    • Enter Hardship Orders, Motions/Orders for Parole and other Probation Filings;
    • Maintain OSP Logs;
    • ARD case generation.
  • Trial/Dispo Support
    1. Provide verification of case filings and data entry support;
    2. Provide support for Bench Warrants processing;
    3. Other duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication Skills;
  • Well organized and detail-Oriented;
  • Excellent typing/computer skills;
  • Ability to work well in a team Setting as well as Independently; 
  • Ability to think critically, define issues/problems, and implement valid solutions.
