Our locally recognized end client is in need of an Operations Specialist for a 12-month ONSITE CONTRACT   opportunity. This is a full time (40 hour per week) position which requires the ability to work first shift 7:30-4 PM EST, M-F, and pays a RANGE   of $24-30/hr W2.

What You Will Be Doing:

Providing a combination of administrative, analytical and/or technical support pertaining to routine day-to-day operations for Southeast Region - this role may include assisting with field work including pick-up and delivery tasks, checking leaks and repairs made by contractors and completing related paperwork and/or handling Public Utility complaints. Acting as on-call supervisor and relief supervisor. What You Need to Bring to the Table: High school diploma with post high school coursework in secretarial science, business, finance or accounting REQUIRED; associates level degree in business, finance, accounting or engineering PREFERRED. 5 years overall work experience with at least 3 years' experience in accounting, payroll or administrative support work REQUIRED. Knowledge of standard business practices and principles, including basic accounting and budgeting REQUIRED. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft office suite applications including MSWord, Excel, Access and PowerPoint and email management systems (Lotus Notes/MS Outlook) REQUIRED. Knowledge of specific payroll systems, i.e. JD Edwards, PREFERRED. Knowledge of water or utility industry PREFERRED. Knowledge of AutoCAD or Orcom PREFERRED    . What are you waiting for? Apply Now!
