As the Senior Specialist, Talent, you will focus on the implementation and execution of employee talent programs that engage and build the capabilities of our workforce. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent Management, you will work with global business and HR partners to identify development needs and create programs that set our employees and the business up for success. You will play a critical part in shaping and delivering talent strategies that align with our goals.

You Will:

  • Consult with leaders to determine learning needs and translate business strategy into talent strategy.

  • Partner with internal and external subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful learning content.

  • Facilitate training programs and conduct train-the-trainer sessions to ensure delivery.

  • Assess learning programs to measure their impact and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Use the Learning Management System (LMS) to create program listings and manage registrations.

  • Design and launch global learning experiences that foster a culture of continuous learning, including signature events such as Community Learning Days, hackathons, and business competitions.

  • Help develop career paths and integrate a core competency library into all talent processes.

  • Work with global partners to ensure smooth implementation of goal setting, regular check-ins, and year-end reviews.

  • Oversee the administration of engagement surveys and collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute action plans based on survey results.

  • Manage important HR programs across departments, expanding your skillset and making a positive impact in various areas.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of experience and education that provides comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities.

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in talent management or a related field.

  • Project management experience with experience leading projects and ensuring successful execution.

  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
