Job Summary:\ The Driver Helper drives daily and safely delivers products to our customers from our warehouse in North Aurora, Illinois, to designated customer sites. Responsibilities include product delivery, stocking products, handling, and customer service. This position requires pulling, lifting, and guiding a handcart up and down stairs and handling a power jack.

Essential Functions:\ Plans and executes an efficient delivery route.\ Unloads beer and liquor to retail and liquor stores.\ Ensures all safety policies and procedures are adhered to.\ Assists in general warehouse duties when the delivery route is completed.\ Compiles accurate delivery records and reports.

Required Education and Experience:\ Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record\ Ability to drive safely.\ Ability to use navigation tools: onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps.\ Ability to handle loading and unloading responsibilities.\ Ability to maintain basic logs and records.\ Highschool diploma or GED.\ Minimally, one year of experience as a CDL driver.

Physical Requirements:\ Stacking duties require bending down on the floor level to lift beer cases weighing up to 20 pounds, 1/4 and 1/2 barrels, when full, up to 160 pounds, and empty, 20 pounds.\ Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.\ Must be able to load and unload packages.\ This position requires physical labor.
