Job Description

A sheet metal shop is looking for a Quality Inspector to check metal stamping parts. This role involves:

  • inspecting parts for various clients

  • using micrometers and calipers

  • documenting the process.

Candidates will receive training to inspect parts in process as well as final parts. Blueprint and reading skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect metal stamping parts using micrometers and calipers

  • Learn and train on all aspects of the job

  • Inspect parts that are in process and final parts

  • Utilize measurement equipment and document the process

  • Read and interpret blueprints

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of CMM inspection

  • Understanding of GD&T

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
