Responsible for determining disposition of equipment (keep, scrap). On keep units you will evaluate and determine configuration and condition of ATM's and Physical Security Equipment. On units to be scrapped, provide list of components to be reclaimed. The Evaluation/Scrap Technician will also be responsible for removing and disposing of hazardous materials (bulbs, batteries, monitors) and removing and identifying parts required to be saved for reclamation. This person will be responsible for making sure parts are removed per corporate security guidelines and remaining parts are removed and separated by metal types per scrap provider guidelines. This person will also be responsible for movement and disposal of equipment in scrap containers. As the Evaluation/Scrap Technician, you will provide guidance to the Scrap Technicians, Evaluation Technicians, and Warehouse Associates on evaluation, scrap, ATM inventory, Physical Security Inventory and any other related warehouse questions. The Senior Technician will also take the lead on assisting internal and external customer's by troubleshooting issues and identifying errors with key data elements (ie: System Issues (Access Database), Shipping Issues, Inventory Issues, etc.).
