As Senior Director Indirect Procurement, you report into the Senior Vice President Supply Chain and provide leadership and oversight to the global Indirect Procurement team. You work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business and are responsible for the spend across areas including technology equipment, software, facilities, fleet, contractors, business services and overall indirect materials. Key stakeholders are across divisions, in addition to key functions including IT, Legal, HR and Finance/Tax Functions. You lead a team of category specialists and / or managers and are accountable for developing talent within your team, mitigating supply risks, negotiating favorable terms, volume discounts and long-term contracts with suppliers as well as driving holistic value and cost reduction. The role shall partner with the Senior Director Direct Procurement and key business stakeholders to align on the optimal segmentation and management model for non-production spend and to maximize value and support business goals.
