As Spare Parts Director, Field Services, North America, you provide leadership and management of Supply / Demand / Inventory management teams. You build and maintain positive working relationships with your internal and external stakeholders including Field Service Operations, Warehousing, Product Management, Repair / Refurb and Procurement. Your team is the backbone of ensuring we have the right parts in the field for use by our service engineers, and at the same time ensuring we have optimized inventory in the field (vans and local stocking locations) and in our main warehouses. Your focus on spare parts availability, inventory, supply management and replenishment will ensure we run an effective field operation, meeting service levels and minimizing customer penalties, but also optimizing our working capital. Success in the position requires a strong supply chain mind set and experience of working in supporting field services in a large and matrixed corporation.
