Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in North Charleston, South Carolina. The role involves a range of tasks related to credit and account reconciliation, and you will be a key part of our team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with data entry, invoice processing, and utilizing various software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer credit applications efficiently and accurately

• Maintaining precise customer credit records

• Resolving customer credit inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking necessary action to collect overdue payments

• Performing account reconciliation tasks as required

• Assisting with check runs and coding invoices

• Regularly using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Using Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP software for various tasks

• Ensuring accurate data entry and invoice processing. Requirements

• Must possess knowledge and competency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is essential

• Ability to conduct Check Runs efficiently

• Proficiency in Coding Invoices is required

• Must have strong Data Entry skills

• Invoice Processing experience is a must

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is needed

• Oracle experience is beneficial

• Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred

• Experience with SAP is highly desirable
