Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Secret cleared Systems Engineer to support a federal client of ours onsite in Charleston, SC. This individual will serve as a lead to 5-10 individuals, so we are looking for someone on the senior side with a background in systems design and engineering. The day-to-day includes:

• Provide knowledge in systems engineering and information technology as it relates to Service and Systems Management

• Develop solutions to solve problems and implement enhancements

• Investigate and resolve issues that span multiple applications/technologies and require involvement from technical personnel across multiple groups

• Develop and/or revise system designs and architectures to improve efficiency, stability, effectiveness, supportability, and sustainability

• Provide technical analysis integral to the maintenance and sustainment of DoD systems

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience

• 5+ years of systems engineering experience, including system design experience

• Desire to lead a small team (5-10 people)

• Systems management experience

• Security+ certification or ability to obtain one within 60 days - Experience with Microsoft Systems Center null
