Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com Job Description: Scope: The Final Inspector is responsible for inspecting printed circuit boards (PCBs) for flaws that may have been manufactured into the product during processing using magnifying equipment. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform all types of visual inspection related to PCBs using magnification equipment Read and interpret customer drawings Identify and segregate non-conforming product Perform minor rework and repairs to identified defects Preform final count of acceptable and rejected boards Compare shop traveler quantity to final count and notify supervisor of discrepancies Complete reject report, sign traveler, and input data into final log Obtain final documentation package and move to the shipping department Using calipers, pin gauges and micrometers Maintain a high attention to detail Follow all departmental process procedures correctly Complete all departmental documentation accurately Complete quality checks when product arrives in and exits the department Perform other tasks as assigned by management and cross-train as needed to assist production Note:The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel.
