Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com Job Description: Scope: The Final Inspector is responsible for inspecting printed circuit boards (PCBs) for flaws that may have been manufactured into the product during processing using magnifying equipment. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform all types of visual inspection related to PCBs using magnification equipment Read and interpret customer drawings Identify and segregate non-conforming product Perform minor rework and repairs to identified defects Preform final count of acceptable and rejected boards Compare shop traveler quantity to final count and notify supervisor of discrepancies Complete reject report, sign traveler, and input data into final log Obtain final documentation package and move to the shipping department Using calipers, pin gauges and micrometers Maintain a high attention to detail Follow all departmental process procedures correctly Complete all departmental documentation accurately Complete quality checks when product arrives in and exits the department Perform other tasks as assigned by management and cross-train as needed to assist production Note:The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel. Essential Knowledge and Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Ability to stand for the duration of shift Ability to read and understand blueprints, customer specifications, and procedures Basic math, problem solving, interpersonal skills, and computer skills Must possess interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills Follow all safety measures Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent Previous manufacturing experience preferred Previous PCB experience preferred Compensation and Benefits: TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
