About this Position The Senior Director of Product Management Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the processes, tools, and frameworks that support the Product Management function. This leader will ensure alignment across product teams, drive operational efficiency, and support the execution of product strategy. Working closely with product managers, engineering, design, and other stakeholders, this role will drive initiatives that enhance collaboration, reduce time-to-market, and improve product quality. The candidate should be well versed in program and project management of a cross functional nature, within SaaS organizations (ideally organizations which have successfully transitioned from perpetual to SaaS over the last several years). This team member will be comfortable leading and working with Product teams, GTM teams, Sales and Customer facing teams. This position is suited for someone who excels in both strategic thinking and operational execution. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of product management and operations expertise, along with a passion for enhancing processes to support innovative products and a collaborative team environment. Job Responsibilities Operational Strategy & Process Improvement Design, implement, and continuously refine product management processes to improve efficiency, alignment, and delivery across the organization. Develop and lead product operational strategies, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. Identify and implement process improvements for prioritization, planning, development, and product launch activities. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a liaison between product management, engineering, design, marketing, and other functions to ensure cohesive, streamlined workflows.
