We are in search of a Seasonal Tax Preparer to join our team for a FULLY REMOTE OPPORTUNITY! As a Seasonal Tax Preparer, your primary role will be to handle our client's business and individual tax returns.

** Iowa business tax return experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize accounting software systems to process client's tax data

• Provide top-notch customer service, addressing client inquiries regarding their tax preparation

• Ensure accuracy in data entry when inputting tax-related information

• Stay updated with allowances and deductible elements in client's tax situations

• Use CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax for specific tax preparation tasks

• Handle accounting functions related to tax preparation

• Manage the use of ADP - Financial Services in providing financial solutions to clients

• Operate Drake Tax Software for specific client's tax situations.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential

• Must have experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with CCH ProSystem Fx is required

• Experience with CCH Sales Tax is necessary

• Must be skilled in using Drake Tax Software

• Understanding of Accounting Functions is mandatory

• Knowledge of Allowances is a must

• Strong Customer Service skills are needed

• Must be proficient in Data Entry

• Understanding of Deductibles is required
