Your Opportunity: Corporate Graphics Commercial, a Taylor Corporation Company, is seeking a new Account Manager to coordinate activities related to the development, growth and retention with a portfolio of clients within our Children's Book manufacturing division. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior decision makers within these accounts, as well as a cross-functional internal team. Your Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for multiple customers Mange multiple accounts, projects, and tasks in a fast-paced environment Develop trusted relationships with new and existing business partners Collaborate with customers and facilitate effective cross-functional communication with internal teams Evaluate unique customer requests and seek out solutions Provide thorough, accurate, and timely follow up on all customer requests Familiar with a variety of business concepts, practices and procedures Be part of a collaborative team Provide support in other areas of the business as needed You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree in area of specialty or equivalent experience in the field or related area Proven ability to work both as an independent contributor as well as in a team Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and coordinate efficiently Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees and customers Detailed orientated and ability to handle multiple complex tasks Proficiency with Windows-based Microsoft Office applications We Also Prefer: Experience in business processing systems such as EFI Monarch About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
