Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer for one of our larger clients headquartered in North Olmsted, OH. The Senior Electrical Engineer serves as a technical specialist in power distribution and lighting for buildings and facilities and will be working alongside other engineers. They will be producing drawings for permit and construction that must meet applicable codes and standards. They will be contributing to a multitude of projects and responsible for mentorship of the junior engineers.

Skills and Requirements

MUST HAVES:

 Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (specialization in electrical discipline a plus)

 7+ years of Electrical Engineering experience

 PE License

 Proficient in the use of AutoCAD

 Knowledge of National Electrical Code

 Medium voltage and consulting skills, along with writing scopes of work.

 Able to prepare detailed engineering calculations.

 Consulting/Facilities Engineering Experience PLUS:

 Experience working with Revit

 Short circuit and lighting, arc flash analysis null
