Robert Half Product Manager in North Ridgeville, Ohio

Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in augmenting our team, supporting the development of new features, and onboarding new business units. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the requirements gathering process through various sessions and user interviews.

• Document requirements meticulously and create detailed user stories.

• Track tasks efficiently and ensure the quality of the product through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manual Quality Assurance Testing.

• Engage in Backlog Grooming to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth product development.

• Utilize AB Testing to validate product enhancements and make data-driven decisions.

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment in product goals.

• Handle customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts for necessary action.

Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role

• Proficiency in AB Testing

• Experience in conducting Requirements Gathering Sessions

• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Experience in Backlog Grooming

• Knowledge of Agile Development methodologies

• Ability to perform Quality Assurance Testing

• Experience in creating and managing User Stories

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
