NANA Regional Corporation Planner/Scheduler - North Slope, AK - Rotational in North Slope/Prudhoe Bay, Alaska

Job Description

Develop, implement, analyze and maintain comprehensive, integrated project schedules and cost baselines predicated through analysis of project requirements by applying advanced project controls and planner/scheduler techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Building, maintaining and issuing Primavera schedules and weekly work plans.

  • Reporting monthly and weekly cost reports, graphs and performance curves.

  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting deviations in schedule, productivity and cost.

  • Responsible for tracking field progress and quantities installed for civil, structural, mechanical, pipe and instrumentation per weighted rulers of credit.

  • Work closely with QA/QC assisting with pro completion and system turnover.

  • Work with commissioning for system priorities and timely project completion for startup.

  • Assist with estimate preparation and bid documents.

  • Construction planning, tracking and scheduling of multiple projects from start to finish.

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent or ten (10) years Project Controls experience will be considered.

  • Minimum five (5) years directly related Planner/Scheduler experience in the construction and/or Oil & Gas industry required.

  • Experience working with Primavera P6.

  • Advanced skillset with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years to be eligible under company vehicle insurance policy preferred.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

The employee must frequently carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell. Steel toed boots required on the job.
