Description

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team in NORTH SYRACUSE, New York. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions in a professional and efficient manner. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the premises.

• Efficiently manage customer flow using the queuing system.

• Enter vision test results into the computer system accurately.

• Handle customer paperwork and ensure it is properly processed.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Process customer credit applications in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service role

• Proficient in handling and managing paperwork effectively

• Familiarity with processing purchase orders

• Ability to assist customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

• Knowledge of procurement card usage and management

• Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• High level of professionalism and a positive attitude

• Ability to stand for extended periods as the role may require

• Basic understanding of the principles of customer service

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• High school diploma or equivalent education level is required.
