Position Summary
CVS Health is working to transform Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) Client Reporting into a strategic capability, rather than the more transactional offering it is today. The intent is for client reporting to better drive client’s decision making and forecasting, while also being easier to use, more centralized and more accessible. The goal is to also enhance the accuracy and reliability of the underlying data. The benefit to CVS Health is to create a culture of data driven decision making, operational efficiency through automation and enhanced client satisfaction.
We are looking for a PBM Client Reporting Product Manager to own and develop BAU reporting tool roadmaps that will carry those tools through their eventual End-of-Life, and then lead the planning for the migration off these legacy tools on to our next-generation reporting platform, serving both internal stakeholders and external client stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
Drive the product and business planning processes across the finance and data / technology functions
Analyze internal stakeholder needs, customer needs and current market trends
Build cross-functional relationships and rapport across Regulatory Affairs, Account Management, Sales Operations, IT, Data & Analytics and Clients to understand needs, wants, pain points, etc.
Build a Product Strategy—map legacy tool capabilities to our next gen tool, and develop a walk to take users and clients (2600+) from one to the other.
Develop, own, manage and communicate the End-of-Life process for our legacy reporting tools
Translate product strategy into Documentation of Use Cases and Personas, and develop Themes and Initiatives for gaps that need to be closed between our Legacy tools and our next gen tool.
Contribute towards decisions on go-to-market strategies, transition stategies and product positioning
Align accomplishments to PBM Client Reporting OKR’s and provide regular updates on progress
Communicate migration strategy to all PBM Customer Reporting stakeholders, both internal and external.
Act as the ‘CEO’ of his/her product; embrace not only the functional requirements and the building of the product, but also non-functional aspects like uptime, performance, migration from old to new, internal setup burdens, and so on.
