Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. The role involves accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products, maintaining inventory, and operating warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from inventory based on order specifications using a paper pick sheet or digital device.

• Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment.

• Label and prepare packages for shipping.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and wave riders (training provided if necessary).

• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Essential Skills

• 1-2 years of picking/packing/replenishment experience.

• 1-2 years experience using an electronic device for picking orders.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift Certification.

• Experience with shipping software.

• Willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Northbrook, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
