Resilite Sports Product's core purpose is to provide foam-based tools with a purpose; building relationships and trust by solving problems; with a passion for sports and athletic safety. The spray room is the second department in our three-department production process. A sprayer contributes to our mission by spraying and placing markings on custom made foam. The two other departments depend on a sprayer's craftmanship, timeliness and attention to details.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately read tape measure
• Attention to details
• Prep paint for spray application
• Spray mats according to order specs
• Apply letters and logos to products
• Maintaining clean work area

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Willingness to always follow safety guidelines
• Good physical condition and endurance
• Must be able to wear a half mask respirator
• Ability to report to work as scheduled to support team members and business operations
• Performing other department-related duties as assigned
